And now for some words about this site

This was my first attempt to publish on the web. As a computer technician with a couple of years experience with Linux, a free Unix clone, I started developing with nothing more than a HTML-reference and the good ol' VI Editor.
Now after almost three year of writing and publishing not only MG-stuff but also for the Intranet site of my employer, Siemens Business Telecommunications, and trying a lot of tools and editors I still use the simple and basic features of updating my sites in VI.  To set up new sites and add major changes I (have to) use MS FrontPage. It bundles a lot other tools and gives you a quick overview over the site structure.

The layout has now changed from table based to block element based and few dynamic pages will also be added. We have plans to translate the page to Dutch and to German which will, as you guess, take a while.

Now after moving the site to a hosting provider (which was needed for my MCAD study) which has ASP.Net enabled some dynamic parts of it will be written VB.Net.
